Visiting the Office
While most of our work takes place in clients' homes, you are welcome to visit our office in Barking if you prefer to meet us in person. Please call ahead to arrange an appointment so we can ensure someone is available to meet with you.

Barking station (District, Hammersmith and City, c2c lines) is approximately 10 minutes walk from our office.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes stop on London Road including the 5, 62, 169, 287 and EL1.
By Car
Street parking is available on surrounding roads. Pay and display parking is available at nearby car parks.
Emergency and Out of Hours Contact
For Existing Clients
If you are an existing client of Arthur Morrison Care Services and have an urgent care need outside office hours, please call our main number 0203 837 4954. An out of hours message will provide instructions for emergency contact.
For care emergencies involving existing clients, our on call team can be reached to arrange urgent cover or respond to concerns.
For New Enquiries
If you have an urgent new care need outside office hours, please leave a voicemail message with your name, number and brief details. We will return your call as early as possible the next working day.
For genuinely urgent situations where care is needed immediately, please leave a message marked as urgent and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
Not a Crisis Service
Please note that Arthur Morrison Care Services is not an emergency crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999.

We accept referrals from:

What We Need for Referrals
When making a referral, please provide (where available):

Working Together
We work collaboratively with health and social care professionals to ensure coordinated care. We attend reviews, provide reports and share relevant information (with client consent) to support joined up care planning.
We can often arrange assessments quickly for hospital discharges and urgent situations.
